Welcome to my page. I'm Alysia of Alysia Lafleche Photography. Thank you so much for stopping by! I am an award winning Edmonton Alberta newborn photographer. I love capturing babies, bumps and boudoir! Capturing that intimate connection really fuels my soul. Those intimate moments are where the magic lives. A momma growing new life, a brand new baby and their family, cuddle puddles with moms and their littles, and a woman reconnecting with their soul & finding that love for her body again. I'm there to hold space and let the magic happen and then I have the privilege to capture it on camera. I've been deemed a baby whisperer by most of my clients and a friend by others. I call Wetaskiwin Alberta home and travel to my clients in central Alberta, from Edmonton to Camrose and everywhere in between.

I found my passion for capturing motherhood and newborns after the birth of my second daughter. Photographing my own family rekindled my love for photography and brought me to where I am today. I love creating images for your family, bringing out emotions and authentic storytelling gives me so much joy. I also believe in  bringing your images to life through print. Having something physical to look through or to hang on your walls and display is so much better than having your images hidden away on a computer or usb.

 

I want to capture a moment and preserve it perfectly for you. A photograph is so much more than a picture. Its a representation of what you cherish. It invokes emotion, the same way a certain song or smell can bring back a memory. I use photography to help you relive the small and big moments in your life, capturing all the little details.

In addition to being a photographer I am also a wife, mother and registered nurse, with a slight addiction to coffee. When I'm not photographing clients , you'll find me with the fam jam keeping up with my three children, or out and about camera in one hand coffee in the other, capturing life's  beauty.
